Hold three public community meetings	In progress	Two of the three have been held: July 8 and September 30, 2026. Recordings, slides, and summaries of both are in the engagement log. The third follows the Community Benefits Plan comment period.
Publish what we heard and what we did after every milestone	Ongoing	The engagement log stays current after each meeting.
Share study results when we get them	Ongoing	Studies appear in the Document Library as they finish.
